Reasons To Be Fit #12: When it's the day after a holiday and you don't want to spend a single minute in the kitchen cooking or get in the car to drive anywhere or even take off your pajamas, you can wrap a coat around you, throw on a hat and head out. You can walk thirty minutes to the Thai restaurant and order all the things. You can carry the bags full of takeout boxes. And when the sauce leaks from the containers and runs onto your hands and down your arm before you make it home, you don't stress about it. Not one bit. Cause you're fit. Yum!
