CORRECTIVE EXERCISES: Daily As Needed

These are exercises to help heal and prevent injury by correcting compensatory movement patterns that cause movement dysfunction and/or pain. This can include physical therapy, Pilates, Feldenkrais, mobility drills, self-myofascial release and certain styles of yoga. Restorative exercises can be performed on their own, as part of a dynamic warm up or in place of problematic movements during a strength training session.
