- Here is collection of circuit training workouts that I do in my Strong Woman Society group classes.
- The circuits range in length from 20 to 40 minutes. Some workouts require gym equipment and some require no equipment at all.
- I lovingly name these workouts in honor of my favorite women writers in hopes of engaging and sparking my clients' intellectual curiosity as well as their bodies.
- Below you will find a basic description of the workout, a link to jpeg that you can download and save to your photos and videos of the workout where available.

You do not have to be good.
