I offer private and small-group training in Seattle, WA as well as online training programs for those living elsewhere. Online sessions are done via FaceTime or Skype.

A one-time or occasional session to go over exercise technique, exercise selection, programming, and other questions you have regarding your movement practice. Includes notes to support you continuing forward.

Movement Jump Start (Seattle): $375 - $625 ($125 per session, paid in advance)
3 - 5 (1 hour) private sessions used within 8 weeks, complete training notes for a personalized exercise program and notes to support your continued progress.
Movement Jump Start (Online): $375 - $625 ($125 per session, paid in advance)
3 - 5 (30 - 60 minute) Facetime or Skype sessions used within 8 weeks for a movement analysis and to answer your questions. Complete training notes for a personalized 12-week (or longer) exercise program and email support for 12 weeks to answer questions as you go.
