What can I expect?

I log into class at 8:45am (Pacific) to answer questions and say hello.

Movement starts promptly at 9am.

We begin with 10 minutes of dynamic warm up that includes balance and agility work.

Then we do 10 - 15 minutes of targeted core, shoulder and hip strength and mobility training.

From there we go into 35 - 40 minutes of functional, full body strength training.

We finish with a few minutes of cool down breathing.

I allow from 10am (Pacific) to 10:15am to answer any questions you have or offer specific coaching if needed.

Do I need experience?

Yes. While I do offer many options to scale each exercise down or up, you do need to have a basic familiarity with the basic movement patterns of Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull and Overhead Reaching.

Do I need equipment?

We primarily use dumbbells in class, but you certainly can begin without equipment. I am happy to consult with you about weight once you get going.

How do I join?

First, fill out the waiver at this link.

Then, pay for your first class at this link.

Once I see your completed waiver and class payment, I will send you the class Zoom link.

Note: You must fill out the waiver and pay for class by 7am (Pacific) on the day that you want to take class. If you do it later, I will not be able to send you the Zoom link in time for class.

What if I can’t make it to the live class?

You can purchase class replay to do on your own time.

Simply pay for class at this link.

Then send me an email to let me know that you would like a class replay. I will send it to you as soon as I receive your email.

Replays are available for 1 week from recorded date.
